Greetings!  I am Chef Dustin Black. Thanks for taking the time to look at my website.  I am glad your here.  I am new to the Denver area, but am really enjoying getting to know the wonderful and hospitable people here.

I am a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and I only tell you that so that you can trust me when I say I know knives and cookware better that most.  That being said, it is my opinion that you can't have better equipment in the kitchen than Cutco Knives and Cookware... and if you give me the chance...
