Chef Dustin Black is a Graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and a U.S. Army Veteran.  He served with the 3rd Infantry Division in Iraq and upon his return to civilian life, he decided to pursue one of his life's passions, cooking.   Excelling in school, he graduated with distinction and wanted to use his teaching skills learned in the military to share his passion for cooking with people who wanted to learn to prepare excellent food... at home.

Once he started teaching people in their homes, one of the first things he realized, was that the reasons they weren't able to prepare the same gourmet food at home as he did in the restaurant, was not only their lack of training, but more importantly, the quality of their equipment.
